About Me

I have two kids - a girl and a boy - and live in north-central Minnesota, land of snow and ice. Well, for 9 months of the year, that is. I work full-time for a local government, and on my "free time" I enjoy cooking, baking, hanging out with my kiddos, and RELAXING.

age

Do you ever forget how old you are?

The other night I was in bed, thinking philosophical thoughts about life and the past, and planning the future, when all of a sudden I couldn't remember how old I was.

I actually had to do the math.

It was a little sad.

  1. I have! In fact, I once calculated ahead of my age too! It's so weird.

  2. I was JUST thinking to myself that I can't wait for my bday to come and go so I will be 28 finally, b/c I keep typing 28 in as my age on things for some reason. Then I won't be confused anymore!!

  3. You won't when you're old. It suddenly becomes crystal clear. And if it doesn't,some young punk (like maybe a son/daughter or niece/nephew) will be ever so glad to remind you.

  4. At first I was going to say, "Me too!" But then I read polarisbabe's comment and realized that she's right. I've been remembering my age for a couple of years now. This is not a good sign.
